Rally Bear Foundation Launches
Signature Dog Treat Fundraiser

MEDIA ALERT – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

The Rally Bear Foundation Launches Signature Dog Treat Fundraiser

BATON ROUGE, LA. (November 1, 2022) – The Rally Bear Foundation, a 501c3 organization whose mission is to support pets and their people as they navigate a canine cancer diagnosis announces its next fundraiser in the form of signature treats for dogs in honor of National Pet Cancer Awareness Month.

“We are delighted to announce the Rally Bear Pumpkin Power Bites as our next fundraiser, one that will not only benefit our care package recipients but one that will support our ongoing fundraising efforts” said Aimee Broussard, The Rally Bear Foundation Founder.

“As a professional multi-published cookbook author and local food columnist, I have danced in the recipe development space for over a decade appearing on QVC, the Rachael Ray Show, Taste of Home, among others. For that reason, it was important to me that we not only partner with a top manufacturer of specialty dog treats here in the United States whose commitment to research, ingredient quality and execution aligns with my own, but also a known expert in their field with an established process in place for our ability to scale.”  she continued. “Today is an exciting day for the future of The Rally Bear Foundation as we advance our fundraising efforts, doing our small part in taking a bite out of the financial fight against treating canine cancer. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of the treats directly benefit the foundation.”

The treats are soft-baked and heart shaped, containing ingredients such as pumpkin, ginger and probiotics- all deemed “superhero” for their digestive care components. “Many of our rally bears are on multiple medications so the need for digestive friendly ingredients were top of mind, but these functional treats are great for any dog needing a quality treat that also soothes the digestive tract. My seniors find the smell of ginger irresistible and were the ultimate taste testers giving them two paws up”.

 About The Rally Bear Foundation

The Rally Bear Foundation, EIN 88-2321363, rallies alongside rescued pets and their people fighting canine cancer.

Established in July 2022 in honor of Tucker Bear, a courageous senior rescue Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who rallied against lymphoma, The Rally Bear Foundation’s mission is to support families both emotionally and financially ensuring no one fights cancer alone.

The Rally Bear Foundation is the first and only organization located in Louisiana with this specific mission.

The Rally B.A.G.S Fund provides complimentary care packages post cancer diagnosis. The B.A.G.S.  (Blanketing A Gift of Support) include comfort items Tucker Bear found beneficial during his final days of rallying- a handmade blanket for comfort, a Starbucks gift card for enjoying a final treat together, art supplies for creating bucket list artwork …all nestled inside a reusable tote bag that can be used for trips to and from treatment, adventures to the pet store, or just a gentle reminder that recipients are not alone on their journey.
